The victim reported that they had been taking out their trash when they observed the suspect stealing a catalytic converter across the street. The victim then heard popping sounds and felt something hit them. The suspect then fled the area with the stolen converter. It was later determined that the victim had been struck by a pellet gun.

200 Vidal Dr
The victim reported that they had been outside when they thought they heard a dog being abused. The victim rang the doorbell of the apartment, where the noises had come from, and was pushed to the ground by the suspect after they opened the door. Responding officers made contact with the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited for battery.

2500 San Jose Ave
The victim reported that they had been sleeping when there was a banging noise at the front door. The victim investigated and observed the suspect breaking the door with a tool. The suspect then entered the victim’s home and yelled at the victim before walking out. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested. The victim’s neighbors stated that the suspect had previously rented at the victim’s location and that the suspect’s deposit had not been returned to them.
