Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle that was being tracked by the victim. Responding officers located the vehicle and made contact with the suspect, who was inside the vehicle. The suspect stated that they had taken illegal drugs earlier and still had some in their possession. A search of the suspect’s bag revealed illegal drugs, burglary tools and property that did not belong to the suspect. A computer check revealed four arrest warrants. The suspect was arrested.

The victim reported that they had discovered damage to their vehicle’s window and located a fragment of a bullet. The victim did not know when or where the damage had occurred.
