Officers responded to a report of a suspect threatening a victim. The victim stated that they, along with her child, were seated on a MUNI when the suspect, who was seated next to them with a dog, began a verbal trade against the victim and threatened to shoot the victim. The victim immediately exited at the next stop and reported the incident.
