Officers responded to a known suspect who was refusing to let the building’s maintenance personnel, the victim, into an apartment. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect. A computer check revealed an arrest warrant. A search revealed methamphetamine in the suspect’s possession. The suspect was arrested.

The victim stated that they had been cleaning their vehicle outside when the suspect’s vehicle pulled up next to them. The suspect then exposed themselves to the victim.
