00 Cragmont Ave
The victim stated that they had heard suspicious noises in their backyard and went out to investigate and found a trespasser, the suspect. The victim made contact with the suspect, who spoke gibberish to them, and stated that the police had been notified. The suspect then crossed over the victim’s fence, entered a neighbor’s yard and walked away from the victim. Responding officers located and detained the suspect, who had arrest warrants. The suspect was arrested.
