Officers responded to a report of an incident of graffiti. Officers arrived and detained two suspects, one with paint splatter on their hands, matching the description given by dispatch. The witness confirmed the suspects detained were the ones that were observed painting the graffiti. One adult suspect was arrested and one juvenile suspect was cited.
