Responding officers received a report stating that the victim had exposed himself outside of a restaurant and was chasing people that were passing by. The victim stated that the suspect had entered the restaurant and asked for food and water. The suspect became angry when the victim only gave the suspect water and urinated in front of the restaurant. Responding officers detained and handcuffed the suspect, despite the suspect refusing to comply to lawful orders. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

The victim reported that they, and a friend, had exited a karaoke bar and were walking to their vehicles when two suspects suddenly approached them. The victim told their friend to ignore the suspects and continue walking. One of the suspects then punched the victim, causing the victim to fall. Both suspects then punched and kicked the victim and their friend before fleeing in a vehicle.
