The victim reported that they had been eating outside when the suspect pushed and punched the them. The suspect responded and stated that they had been in an elevator with their girlfriend when the victim repeatedly interrupted their conversation before the victim aggressively pushed their wheelchair towards the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
