The victim was inside her vehicle when her vehicle’s alarm sounded. The suspect was screaming at her to turn her alarm off. The victim told the suspect that she was going to take down the flier that he had put up. The suspect got angry and attempted to push the victim onto the ground. The victim was struck in the head and was bleeding.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. Officers arrived and located store employees detaining the suspect. Security told the officers that they had dealt with the suspect numerous times. The victim told the officers that customers were reporting the suspect’s behavior and told him to leave, which he did. The suspect then returned and knocked over a wine display. The suspect left on that incident. The suspect then returned and this time when asked to leave. The suspect punched the victim. The suspect was later cited.
