The victim told the officers that she had just left a friend’s house when she heard someone walking behind her. The suspect pulled the victim’s backpack causing the victim to fall onto the ground. The victim’s cell phone fell and the suspect took the phone and backpack and left. The victim managed to get her cell phone back as the suspect fled the scene.

The victims told the officer that they heard a noise and found the suspect inside the bathroom. The suspect had kicked through a vent and entered the home. The suspect did not steal anything. The suspect was detained, and the victims refused to press charges. The suspect was released.
