Officers responded to a road rage incident. The victim told the officers that he noticed the suspect following behind him very closely, so he pulled over. The suspect stopped and got out of his vehicle pepper sprayed the victim and drove away. the victim told the officer that he may have cut the suspect off while driving.

A Muni honked at a driver causing the driver to be upset. The driver got out of his vehicle and kicked the glass doors causing it to shatter. The suspect stayed on the scene and was later arrested.
