Officers responded to the location after a victim and suspect, who were living in the same house, got into an argument that escalated into a physical altercation. The suspect was cited on the first visit. However, officers had to return, and this time, the suspect was arrested.

The witness heard an alarm going off on a vehicle. When she looked out, she saw suspects inside the vehicle. Officers arrived on scene and detained three individuals. Officers later learned that two of the suspects had hired a locksmith to gain entry to the vehicle. After further investigation, the two suspects were arrested.

The victim told the officers that he may have cut someone off while driving. The suspect’s vehicle blocked the victim’s vehicle. The victim and the two suspects exited their vehicle and started arguing. The suspects proceeded to punch and kick the victim. The suspects left the scene.
