The suspect exited the passenger side of the vehicle, approached the victim, and offered him something for free. The victim refused. The suspect then wrapped what appeared to be a gold necklace around his wrist and attempted to forcefully yank the victim’s watch off his wrist. The suspect failed and fled the scene in the waiting vehicle
