Officers responded to a report of numerous vehicles in an active sideshow situation. Officers deployed a drone, which captured the incident. Investigators will use the video to identify the driver and vehicle. The vehicles can be later towed.

The victim was trying to get his property from his property where he was living, but the suspect, the owner of the building, told him he was trespassing and called the police. The victim told the officers that the suspect grabbed him by the neck. The suspect was later cited.

The victim told the officers that he lives in his trailer, and the suspect had parked his vehicle blocking the victim’s view of Lake Merced. During the argument, the suspect knocked his phone out of his hand. The victim declined to press charges.
