The victim told the officers that a suspect was harassing him and his friend. At one point, the suspect grabbed the victim’s hand and attempted to kiss it. The suspect was located and later cited.

19th Ave & Junipero Serra Blvd
The victim was evasive and didn’t want anything done. The victim did tell the officers that he was picking up and discarding debris. The victim located numerous panhandling signs and told the suspect that he needed to take the signs, or he would have to throw them away. The suspect took out a firearm and pointed it at the victim and fired a shot, and walked away. The victim was not injured.

The victim was standing on the sidewalk when a vehicle pulled over, and the passenger, the suspect, asked the victim for directions. The suspect proceeded to place a ring and necklace on the victim. The victim tried to pull away but couldn’t. When the victim finally did, she realized her jewelry had been stolen.
