Officers responded to a road rage incident. The victims were driving when another vehicle pulled up alongside them. The suspects in that vehicle and the victims became involved in a verbal altercation. The victims drove away, but the suspects followed. The suspects then surrounded the victims’ vehicle, assaulted the victims, damaged the vehicle, and fled the scene.
