The victim told the officers that he was walking on the sidewalk when a vehicle pulled up and stopped at a stoplight, started arguing with him about the current issues. The victim started to walk away. The suspect pulled up next to him and started throwing garbage at him, and he sustained a cut when one of the items hit him on his face.
