The victim told the officers that he was walking when the suspect approached him from behind and attempted to grab his cellphone. The victim was able to hold onto his cell phone. The suspect brandished a knife and knocked the cell phone out of his hand. The cell phone fell onto the ground, and the suspect grabbed the phone and fled the scene.
