The victim told the officers that the suspect walked onto her property and up to her gate, but did not enter the home. The victim confronted the suspect. The suspect spat at the victim and walked away. Officers located the suspect, and a computer check revealed warrants for her arrest. The suspect was arrested for battery and warrants.
