Officers were in the area when they saw a vehicle about to make an illegal left turn. The officers advised the driver through the patrol vehicle’s PA system. The vehicle proceeded to make the left turn. Officers later made contact with the driver and cited him and issued him a DMV re-examination form.

The victim was outside the department store when a suspect, known to the victim, approached her and engaged in a verbal argument. The suspect pulled out pepper spray and used it on the victim. The suspect fled the scene.
