The victim attempted to park in her rented garage, but there was a vehicle blocking the driveway. The victim told the suspect to move the vehicle, but he refused. The victim called MTA and waited. While waiting, the suspect approached the victim and spat at her numerous times and left the scene.

The victim, an employee, observed a vehicle parking in the handicap space. The victim confronted the driver and asked if he had a handicap placard. The victim started taking a video of the suspect. The suspect got out and threw something at the victim, and attempted to punch him. The suspect got back into his vehicle and left the scene.
