An officer was conducting traffic enforcement when he observed a vehicle running at a red traffic light. Officers conducted a traffic stop. The driver told the office that he thought she was supposed to stop at the broken white line, which was in the middle of the intersection. After further investigation, the driver was cited and issued a DMV re-examination form.

Officers responded to a report of a suspect with a knife pushing a victim. The victim told officers that the suspect was sitting on the ground before standing up, pushing the victim, and beginning to ramble nonsensically. The suspect then started kicking his belongings, which included a knife. The victim walked away from the area.

The victim was romantically involved with the suspect’s girlfriend. The suspect and his friends confronted the victim and assaulted him in the school gym.
