The victim was being uncooperative and told the officers that he sometimes yells out nonsense. The victim told the officers that the suspect came over and brandished a handgun and punched the victim on his face. The suspect was located and detained. No firearm was located. Officers located security video of the incident. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
