The victim told officers that he was working on construction inside the building. The suspect became upset that the elevator was not working and blamed the victim. The victim told the suspect that it was not related to his work. The suspect then became upset, punched the victim, and left the scene. Officers later located the suspect, and a computer check revealed an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.
