Officers on patrol observed a subject lying on the sidewalk near the front entrance. The officers conducted a consensual encounter, and the subject identified himself. A computer check on the subject revealed a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

The victim told the officers that she was crossing the street and made it halfway to the MUNI stop when the suspect, pushing a bicycle, walked by and slapped the victim behind. The victim confronted the suspect, who then left the scene.

The victim, an inspector for Parkmerced, was going to inspect an apartment. The suspect from the apartment started taking photos of her and then used a stun gun on her. The suspect went back to her apartment and refused to open the door.
