The victim told the officers that he was parked when the suspect hit his vehicle from behind. The victim confronted the suspect and attempted to photograph the suspect and his vehicle. The suspect knocked the victim’s cell phone to the ground and pushed the victim, causing pain. The suspect left the scene.
