Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in the area. Officers recognized the individual as a known suspect who had previously assaulted an employee and caused problems in the area. A records check revealed an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

The victim told officers he was walking near the cement bridge when a suspect tapped him on the shoulder and pressed a metal object into his back. The suspect demanded his property. The victim, fearing for his safety, placed his belongings on the ground. The suspect took the victim’s property and fled the scene.
