The victim told officers that he entered the restaurant to use the restroom and then sat down to charge his phone. At one point, the victim stated that he spat on the floor of the restaurant. The suspect, possibly the owner, approached the victim, grabbed his plastic food container, and slammed it onto the floor, causing it to crack. The suspect then grabbed the victim by the jacket and pushed him out of the restaurant.
