Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim and suspect had an argument over the victim’s dog constantly using the suspect’s front yard to defecate. An argument ensued, leading to it becoming physical. After further investigation, three people were cited.

The victim told the officers that he was riding his bike on the sidewalk when a suspect inside a vehicle fired an airsoft projectile at him and threw water at him. The suspect fled the scene.
