The victims were walking when they came upon the suspect, who was lying on the sidewalk. The victims asked the suspect whether she needed assistance or if they could call someone on her behalf. The suspect instructed one of the victims to call a phone number. After making the call, the victims continued walking home. The suspect then yelled that one of the victims was walking away with her phone and pushed the victim to the ground.

The victim told the officers that he had confronted a juvenile family member about vandalizing property. The suspect brandished a weapon and threatened the victim. The suspect was later cited and released to CARC

The elder victim told the officers that he was walking when a suspect approached him and began hitting him an unknown number of times. The victims suffered abrasions and cuts. The suspect walked away.
