The victim was walking her dog when she encountered an unknown suspect with whom she had a previous confrontation. The suspect was also walking his dog. The suspect’s dog jumped on the victim’s dog. The victim told police that she pulled out a bottle of mace, at which point the suspect punched her. The victim stated that she and the suspect continued arguing until the suspect walked away.
