Witness observed the suspect throw a rock at a parked vehicle and shattered the passenger window. Witness followed the suspect and called 911. Officers located the suspect and placed him under arrest.

Officers were flagged down by the victim, who was bleeding from her nose and mouth, outside of Stonestown Galleria. The victim was involved in a physical altercation with three suspects inside the mall. Stonestown Security detained the suspect, and the suspect was cited for battery.
