Officers responded to a report of a suspect screaming and arguing with Loss Prevention. Officers arrived and heard the suspect yelling incoherently at the victim. The suspect saw the officers, snatched a pair of jeans, threw them at the victim, and attempted to walk away. Officers detained the suspect, and a computer check revealed an active warrant for his arrest. The victim declined to press charges. Officers arrested the suspect on the warrant.
