The victim told officers that she was walking home after picking up food. She stated that the suspect approached her and grabbed the bag of food from her hand. The victim and the suspect struggled over the bag, and she fell. They continued struggling until the bag ripped and the food fell onto the floor. Officers detained the suspect. The suspect was later arrested.
