Officers responded to a reported battery. The victim, a store employee, observed an unknown suspect who had shoplifted from the store on numerous prior occasions. The victim told the suspect to leave. The suspect picked up a glass bottle and threatened to throw it at the victim. The suspect then kicked the victim and walked out of the store.
