Assault-Obstructing Officer’s Lawful Commands-Vandalism to Vehicle-Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an assault. One tenant repeatedly hit another tenant at a shared home when they got into an argument. When the officers detained the suspect in the back of their police car, the suspect resisted and damaged the car’s interior. The victim placed the suspect under citizen’s arrest for aggravated assault. The suspect was also also arrested for obstructing lawful duties of an officer & damaging a police car.
