Driving Under the Influence – Carry Concealed Weapon – Battery on an Officer – Arrested

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle making a left turn at an intersection which prohibited left turns. When an officer approached the vehicle, there was a strong alcoholic smell from the inside the vehicle. When the officer spoke to the driver, she exhibited signs of being intoxicated. Officers conducted a field sobriety test on the driver, which the driver failed. The driver became belligerent and would not listen to the officer’s instructions. The suspect, at one point, used her knee to strike at an officer. During a search of the vehicle, a long knife hidden by the driver’s seat was located. The suspect was arrested

Officers responded to a report of an argument. The employee told the officers that the suspect was being verbally argumentive and aggressive towards the bar’s patrons. Officers spoke to the suspect, who exhibited obvious signs of intoxication. The suspect initially was to be detained at the Drunk Tank for 4 hours but a search of the suspect revealed brass knuckles and the suspect was arrested.

Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim said that the suspect was arguing with him about an item that the suspect had purchased from him a while ago but was not satisfied with the purchase. The suspect then grabbed other items from the garage and attempted to leave. The victim tried to stop the suspect, but the suspect struck the victim and fled the scene.
