Driving, Racing – Suspended License – No Licenses Issued – Cited

A sergeant was on patrol and was stopped at a red traffic light when he observed vehicles racing down the streets. The Sergeant and several officers conducted a traffic stop on the two vehicles that were racing. A computer check on the driver of the first vehicle revealed that he was never issued a California license. When officers conducted a traffic stop on the second vehicle, a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. Both drivers were cited.

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with broken tail lights. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license and could not provide proof of insurance. The driver was cited.

Officers were conducting speed enforcement when they observed a vehicle traveling over 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended and he could not provide proof of insurance. The driver was cited.

Officers were conducting speed enforcement when they observed a vehicle traveling over 52 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended and he could not provide proof of insurance. The driver was cited.

Officer responded to a report of an aggressive male at a store. The victim told the officers that the suspect was intoxicated, entered the store and started asking for food. When he was denied and requested to leave, he spat at the victim and refused to leave. Officer detained the suspect for 4 hours in the detox cells before citing him for the battery and trespassing.

Officers were on patrol when they observed a suspect carrying a bicycle while walking in and out of traffic. Officers detained the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.
