Shoplifting – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss Prevention stated that they observed the three suspects enter the store with an empty bag and selected numerous items before entering the fitting room. When the suspects exited the fitting room, their bags were observed to be much fuller. Loss Prevention detained the suspects after they exited the store and released one of the suspects prior the arrival of the responding officers. After further investigation of the incident, the suspects were cited.

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss prevention agent observed two suspects enter the store and selected numerous items before placing them into a bag. The suspects then tried to exit the store with the unpaid items in their bag but were detained. After further investigation, responding officers arrested the suspects.
Vehicle Violation – No Drivers License Issued – Cited

Officers were a patrol when they observed a non injury vehicle collision. Officers determined that the driver was at fault for not yielding. A computer check on the driver revealed he did not have a driver’s license issued to him. The driver was cited.
