Officers were on duty at the station when the victim came in to file a threats report. The victim told the officers his youngest brother, the suspect, came to visit him at the hospital and asked him how much money he had. The victim stated the suspect then grabbed his shoulders and threatened to hurt him if he did not give him any money. The victim did not press charges and only wanted to document the incident.
