Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim stated he was walking when the suspect, who was wearing a black mask, get out of a vehicle and approach him. The suspect demanded the victim’s property. When the victim tried to pull away, the suspect pulled out a hand gun and pointed it at the victim. The victim gave the suspect his property. The suspect got back into him vehicle and fled.

Officers observed a vehicle almost getting hit by a MUNI train due to the vehicle failing to stop at a posted stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been suspended. It was also revealed that the driver had also been previously cited for driving without a license. The driver was cited.
