Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested

Judah St & Great Hwy
Officers were on patrol when they saw a vehicle with a missing front license plate. The officers approached the vehicle and observed that the driver appeared to be unconscious.  Officers conducted a computer check on the driver that showed a county probation as well as a warrant. The driver was arrested.

Warrant Arrest – Possession of Narcotics – Arrested

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle passing a stop sign without making an attempt to stop. The officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and conducted a records check on the driver which revealed a felony warrant for his arrest. A search of the suspect and suspect’s vehicle revealed substances suspected to be cocaine and marijuana. The suspect was arrested.

3800 Noriega St
Officers responded to a report regarding a fight. The victim reported that he was sitting in a restaurant with a companion when the suspect walked up to him and punched him three times in the face. The suspect then left the restaurant with the victim’s companion.  Responding officers were unable to locate the suspect. 

Trespassing – Cited

800 Judah St
Officers responded to a report of a trespasser at a church, who was  causing a disruption. The witness told the officers that the suspect was inside the church and yelling and screaming during mass. Officers located the suspect and escorted him out. The suspect was cited.

Battery – Cited

400 Vidal Dr
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was leaving his apartment when he heard the news that his neighbor had been hit by the suspect. The victim located and confronted the suspect about the battery. The suspect responded by throwing an avocado at the victim. The victim, along with another witness, detained the suspect until the arrival of the SFPD.  After further investigation, the suspect was cited and later transported for a medical evaluation.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. The victim stated that he had discovered that the suspect had created a social media profile so he could talk to other people. An argument ensued and the suspect attempted to attack victim. The suspect confirmed the argument but maintained that the victim attacked her first. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested for being the primary aggressor.
