Officers were approached by the victim while on patrol. The victim reported that she had just exited her motorhome when she was suddenly being yelled at by the suspect concerning the amount of garbage that the motorhomes in the area had left behind. The suspect then grabbed the victim but the victim bit the suspect’s arm which caused him to release her and he walked away.
