Officers responded to a report about a theft. The victim reported that a suspect in a previous theft was currently at a nearby bus stop. Responding officers located and Mirandized the suspect before showing him the security footage of the theft. The suspect was cited after confessing to the theft.
Threats – Resisting Arrest – Arrested

Ocean Ave & Lee Ave
Officers responded to a report regarding an intoxicated and unresponsive person who refused to leave a restaurant. Responding officers made contact with the suspect and escorted him out of the restaurant. The officers instructed the suspect to sit down because there were two glass bottles of alcohol in the suspect’s pockets but the suspect refused and attempted to walk away. The officers detained the suspect for a four hour detoxification but the suspect refused and had to be handcuffed. While transporting the suspect to detoxification, the suspect made numerous threats to kill the officers. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
