Lodging without a permit – cited

Great Hwy & Judah St
Officers were on patrol and observed to subjects lodging without a permit who were in the process of washing clothes on a sidewalk while standing by multiple piles of blankets. A computer check revealed a history of citations for the same offense. The subjects were cited. The officers also offered information and services to the subjects, who refused help.
Warrant Arrest – Carrying a Concealed Weapon – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a possible burglary. The witness reported that the suspect was suspiciously close to a doorway and was concerned that the suspect was trying to break into a building. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant. A search located a dagger in the suspect’s pocket. After further investigation, the officers determined that there was no merit to the burglary report. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim stated that the the suspect, his uncle, had hit him on his head with a pistol. While speaking with the victim, the suspect approached the officers and was detained without incident. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Transporting Marijuana – Possession of Marijuana for Sale – No Diver’s License – Cited

Alemany Blvd & Crystal St
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle driving in the wrong direction and conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver. While speaking to the driver, the officers detected a strong odor of marijuana. A search of the vehicle located a bag of individually wrapped packages of marijuana and a large amount of money. A computer check on the driver revealed that he did not have a driver’s license. After further investigation, the driver and passengers were cited.
