Traffic Violation – Suspended License – Cited

Lincoln Way & 19th Ave
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle fail to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic and conducted a traffic stop. A computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Robbery
6:30 am
400 Serrano Dr
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim stated that he had just exited his vehicle when a second vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. Two suspects exited the passenger side of the second vehicle and approached the victim before pushing him down on to the ground. The suspects then stole items from the victim’s pockets before fleeing the area in their vehicle.

Plymouth Ave & Montana St
Officers responded to a report of a robbery with a possible weapon. The victim stated that he was playing basketball when he was approached by the suspect who asked him for money. The victim responded that he did not have any money on him and the suspect asked for the victim’s phone, which the victim held in his hand. The suspect then grabbed the phone and instructed the victim not to yell because he had a knife. The suspect then fled the area with the stolen property. The victim stated that he did not see evidence of a knife or any other weapon.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was standing by an escalator on the second floor of the building when the suspect, who was lying down on a bench, suddenly got up and punched the victim. The suspect then fled the area.  

Search Warrant – Arrested

Mission District
Officers and investigators, who were investigating an auto burglary incident, identified a suspect and obtained a search warrant. They executed the search warrant and arrested the suspect. A second suspect’s name in the same incident was also obtained.
