The victim reported that he and his mother, the witness, had been searching for a parking spot when they passed by the suspect who was standing besides a vehicle. As the victim drove by, the suspect spat directly into the open passenger window which struck the victim. The victim and witness returned to the area where incident occurred but the suspect was no longer in the area.

The witness reported that the mother of their children, the suspect, appeared intoxicated and wanted to take custody of the children for the night. The witness attempted to stop the suspect from placing the children into her vehicle but was unsuccessful. The suspect then drove off with the children but backed into a parked vehicle when she pulled out and hit a second vehicle as she pulled out and into traffic. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

San Jose Ave & Mount Vernon Ave
The victim reported that while walking to the BART station, the suspect suddenly exited a vehicle that had just driven up to the victim. The suspect was holding on to a knife and grabbed the victim’s backpack, despite the victim attempted to run away from the suspect. The victim fearfully let go of his backpack and the suspect fled the area in the vehicle.
