Officers responded to a report of a vehicle tampering. Responding officers made contact with the victim, who directed the officers to the location of her vehicle. The officers approached the vehicle and observed that the suspect was asleep inside the vehicle. The officers detained the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had an arrest warrant and that he was also on probation. The suspect was arrested.
