Officers responded to a report of a collision that had occurred in the Ingleside district. The victim reported that he had been stopped at a stoplight when the suspect drove up to him and told him that he had hit his vehicle. The victim responded that he did not hit the suspect’s vehicle and continued driving. The suspect followed the suspect and hit the victim’s vehicle, causing the victim to stop his car. When the victim stopped, the suspect exited his car and approached the victim’s car window. The victim stated that he had to grab the suspect by the neck to stop an assault. Responding officers investigated the incident and the suspect was arrested.
