Battery

Plymouth Ave & Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The witness stated that the suspect was observed yelling ant screaming at the victim and went to help. The witness yelled at the suspect and the suspect took out a box cutter and held it before fleeing on to a nearby MUNI.  The victim stated that the suspect had started yelling and spitting at her for no apparent reason before the witness stepped in.  

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a verbal argument and made contact with the parties involved. A computer check revealed that one of the parties had a warrant for his arrest and arrested him. 

Robbery – Marijuana Offense – Arrested

3100 Ortega St
A school resource officer recognized the suspect from a crime alert who was wanted for a robbery on board a MJNI. Responding officers located the suspect and a search revealed a bag of marijuana in his backpack. The suspect was arrested.
